When you contact us

We use the name, email address, phone number, company and project details you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss the work. Only name, email and a short project description are required. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the form.

Enquiries are delivered to our internal Slack workspace. We also receive enquiries through our email provider. A page address and campaign labels may accompany a form submission so we can understand which website page or advert brought the enquiry.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand website visits and interactions, such as viewing our work, clicking contact links and sending an enquiry. This may involve browser identifiers, device and browser information, the page address and interactions on the site. These providers may process information outside Australia.

Advertising measurement

When Google advertising measurement is enabled, we ask whether you want to allow it on your device. The Google advertising tag is loaded only if you allow measurement. It can use cookies and advertising click identifiers to connect a visit with an advert and record a successfully submitted enquiry. We send an enquiry reference with that event, rather than the name, email, phone number or message you entered.

You can decline and still use the website and contact us. Where available, the advertising privacy preferences control at the bottom of the page lets you change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future enquiry conversion events from this site; you can also remove stored cookies using your browser settings. This advertising choice is separate from our website analytics.

Access, retention and your choices

Enquiry records are held in the business systems we use to manage correspondence and client work. How long a record is needed depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project and any applicable business record obligations. Contact us if you want to ask what information we hold, correct your details or request deletion. We will explain any information we need to retain.
