Let the paperwork handle itself.

Invoices, enquiries, forms, follow-ups. We find the one job that eats the most of your week and build it to run on its own across the tools you already use. AI where it helps, plain rules where it does not.

Designed and built in-house in Brisbane and Gladstone, Queensland. Working with businesses across Australia.

A stack of paper forms flowing as green light into a calendar, a ledger and a task list.

Sound familiar?

Reads the documents so you do not have to.

Invoices, forms and reports are read, checked against the numbers, and turned into entries ready for a person to approve. The original stays attached.

A paper invoice dissolving into a row of tidy glowing data records.

An assistant that knows your business.

Answers from your real prices, documents and availability. Takes a booking or a quote request. Hands over to a person the moment it is unsure.

A glowing speech bubble answering from an open binder of documents and a price list.

The next step happens on its own.

When a quote is accepted, a job is booked or a payment lands, the records get created, the documents prepared and the right people told. Across your accounting, your job system, your calendar and most tools with an API.

A signed document, a calendar, an invoice and a bell connected by one green line, like dominoes.

Plain rules when AI is not needed.

A lot of this is just rules. When that is the case we say so, and build the simpler, cheaper thing.

A single brass switch connected by one green line to a tick.

What you can count on.

See it in practice.

Questions, answered.

Do we actually need AI for this?
Often not. If a workflow runs on clear rules, we build it on rules. AI earns its place when the work needs judgement, such as reading a document, understanding an email or sorting messy data.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Almost always. We connect to Xero, Stripe, ServiceM8, Shopify, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and most tools with an API, rather than replacing them.
What does the first conversation produce?
A clear view of one repetitive workflow, what it would take to automate it, and whether it is worth doing. If it is, we follow with a scoped proposal covering cost, timing and maintenance.
What about a chatbot for our website?
We build assistants that are grounded in your own prices, documents and availability, can take a real action such as a booking, and hand off to a person when unsure. A generic chat widget that answers from a script is not something we would recommend.
