Can you build a simple one-page website?
Yes. A well-designed page introducing your business, explaining what you offer and making it easy to get in touch may be all you need. We give a one-page website the same attention to layout, imagery, wording and mobile usability as a larger project.
How much will my website cost?
We quote for the website your business needs. Pages, content, booking or payment features and any connections to other systems affect the scope. We discuss the build cost, hosting and ongoing support before you decide to proceed.
Are you based on the Gold Coast?
Trident is based in Brisbane and Gladstone and works with businesses on the Gold Coast. We can discuss your website over a video call or meet you on the Gold Coast when a face-to-face conversation would be useful. We’re happy with either approach, depending on what works best for you. You work directly with the person designing and building your website.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Send us the address and tell us what is not working for you. We will look at whether improving the existing site or rebuilding it is the more useful approach, including keeping important content and redirecting changed page addresses.
Can customers book or pay through the website?
Yes. OutClean is one example of our work connecting property details, pricing, availability and payment. We can scope booking and payment features around your business, including relevant third-party fees and ongoing costs.
What happens after the website goes live?
We agree hosting, maintenance, access and support arrangements as part of the quote. Ownership and handover are covered in the project agreement, so you know what is included and how future changes will be handled.
