Double handling

Type it once. Never again.

The same customer, job or order typed into your booking system, your accounts and a spreadsheet. Every re-type costs time and invites mistakes. Your systems can pass it along for you.

Sound familiar?

Your week now

  • Typing the same details into two or three systems.
  • A spreadsheet in the middle, holding it all together.
  • Double-checking everything because the numbers never quite match.
  • Hours that change in one app and not in the other.

Your week after

  • Details entered once, in the place they belong.
  • Every other system updated within seconds.
  • Numbers that match, so checking takes minutes.
  • Fewer mistakes reaching your customers.

What your customers notice

The right name, the right price and the right date, every time they hear from you.

How it works

  1. 01

We map where your information travels

From the first enquiry to the final invoice.

  2. 02

We connect the systems you keep

Your tools stay. The re-typing goes.

  3. 03

    Mismatches get flagged

If something doesn’t line up, a person sees it straight away.

What it looks like in your industry.

Fair questions

Couldn’t I just use Zapier?

For simple one-way handovers, often yes. We step in when the data needs checking, matching or a decision on the way, or when a broken zap would quietly cost you money.

Do we have to change our software?

No. We connect what you already use. If a tool truly can’t connect, we will tell you while we scope the work.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Every handover is checked, and anything that doesn’t match is flagged to a person instead of slipping through.

Who actually builds it?

Trident does, in-house in Queensland. We have never outsourced work overseas, and we never will.

Works with Xero, MYOB, Shopify, simPRO, ServiceM8, Cliniko, Employment Hero, Google Sheets and most tools with an API.

How many times does one job get typed in your business?

Walk us through it. Talk directly to the person who would build the solution.
