Getting paid
Stop being your customers’ bank.
Invoices that go out late, payments you chase for months, and a nasty surprise every quarter at BAS time. The money side of the business can run on time without you sitting on it.
Sound familiar?
Your week now
- Invoicing at the end of a long day, or not until the weekend.
- Chasing the same payer for the third time this month.
- Floating customers’ debts while your own bills fall due.
- Reconciling a quarter of payments the night before the BAS.
Your week after
- Invoices go out the moment the work is done.
- Polite reminders keep going until it’s paid, then stop.
- Deposits and payment on the day, wherever the job allows.
- Payments are matched to invoices as they land.
What your customers notice
Clear, prompt invoices and an easy way to pay, so paying you is the easy part of their day.

Fair questions
Can’t I just turn on the invoice reminders in Xero?
Yes, and you should. We help when invoicing depends on your job system, a client portal or progress stages, or when payments have to be matched across several systems.
Will my customers feel hounded?
You set the tone and the limits. Reminders are polite, go out in your name, and stop the moment a payment lands.
Do I have to replace my accounting software?
No. We work with the accounts you already have, and you can start with the one part of getting paid that hurts most.
Who actually builds it?
Trident does, in-house in Queensland. We have never outsourced work overseas, and we never will.
Works with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Square, Stripe, ServiceM8, simPRO and most tools with an API.
