Chasing people

You didn’t start a business to chase people.

Invoices, timesheets, signatures, forms, decisions. If your evenings go on reminders and follow-ups, that work can run itself, in your name, without you having to remember it.

Sound familiar?

Your week now

  • Chasing paperwork at night after a full day on the job.
  • Sending the third reminder this week to the same person.
  • Waiting on a signature or a decision before you can get on with it.
  • Carrying it all in your head so nothing slips.

Your week after

  • Reminders go out on time, every time, in your name.
  • Requests keep following up until they are done, then stop.
  • You only hear about the ones that actually need you.
  • Your evenings and weekends come back.

What your customers notice

Polite, consistent follow-ups that make you look organised, never desperate.

How it works

  1. 01

We connect what you already use

Your accounts, your job or booking system, your email and calendar.

  2. 02

    You set the rules

Who gets reminded, when, how often, and what counts as done.

  3. 03

    It runs in the background

You get one short list each day of the few things that need you.

What it looks like in your industry.

Fair questions

Can’t I just use the reminders in Xero or a Zapier zap?

If they cover it, use them, and we will tell you so. We help when the chasing spans several systems, depends on your own rules, or needs to stop the moment someone replies.

Will it annoy my customers?

You set the tone, the timing and the limits. Messages go out in your name, read like you wrote them, and stop as soon as the job is done.

Do I have to replace my software?

No. We connect what you already use, and you can start with the one process that causes the most chasing.

Who actually builds it?

Trident does, in-house in Queensland. We have never outsourced work overseas, and we never will.

Works with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, ServiceM8, simPRO, Cliniko, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and most tools with an API.

Who are you chasing this week?

Walk us through it. Talk directly to the person who would build the solution.
