New starters
New starters, ready on day one.
Tax forms, super, bank details, tickets, inductions, uniforms and rosters. Getting someone ready to work can take longer than the job they were hired for. It can all be done before they arrive.
Sound familiar?
Your week now
- Chasing new starters for forms and copies of tickets.
- Checking licences and expiry dates by hand.
- Booking inductions and ordering gear one email at a time.
- Someone turning up on day one without what they need.
Your week after
- Paperwork collected before day one, without chasing.
- Tickets checked and expiry dates tracked.
- Inductions, gear and rosters sorted from one yes.
- Day one starts with work, not forms.
What your customers notice
The right person, ready to go, every time. That is what your clients and hosts remember.
How it works
- 01
We start from their yes
An accepted offer, placement or sign-up sets it all off.
- 02
Every step is lined up
Forms, checks, inductions, gear and rosters, across the systems you use.
- 03
You sign off the exceptions
A missing ticket or an odd answer comes to a person, not a spreadsheet.

Fair questions
Doesn’t my payroll system handle onboarding?
Most handle tax, super and bank details well, so we use them. We add the parts outside payroll, such as tickets, inductions, gear, rosters and site access.
Can you check licences automatically?
Most registers have no automatic connection, so we prepare every check for a one-click confirmation and track the expiry dates from there.
Do I have to replace my software?
No. We connect what you already use, and you can start with the part of onboarding that takes longest.
Who actually builds it?
Trident does, in-house in Queensland. We have never outsourced work overseas, and we never will.
Works with Employment Hero, Xero Payroll, MYOB, Deputy, JobAdder, Astute and most tools with an API.
